I carried out extensive user research and testing to ensure the design of "Curo" and "Procuro" was firmly rooted in the needs and experiences of its users. By developing detailed user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights, I ensured that every design decision was aligned with the problem space.

The design of both apps features a distinct yet interconnected system structure tailored to the needs of both managers and employees. Through participatory design and a combined-views approach, I created a visually detailed and well-organized system architecture. This includes separate user journeys for managers and employees, effectively balancing employee productivity and managerial oversight. My wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs demonstrate how complexity can be managed with clarity and usability.
